POLICE found a combat knife and a machete when they stopped a car in Brierley Hill as part of Operation Advance.
Officers also found bags of cannabis and a quantity of cash when they searched a large rucksack during the stop on Friday afternoon (June 28).
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said of the incident: “We’ve arrested the 19-year-old driver on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and possession with intent to supply drugs.
“He remains in custody for questioning.”
