COUPLES can be in with the chance to win a wedding ceremony at the Thomas Robinson Building when it hosts an open day and wedding fayre this weekend.
Dudley Registrars are holding the event at the Grade II listed venue on Saturday October 5 from 11am to 3pm.
There will be demonstration marriage ceremonies along with displays about extras, such as wedding cars, flowers, photography and wedding stationery, while registrars will be on hand to answer questions and take bookings.
The day will also include a bridal fashion show with bargain gowns available from the services’ pre-loved bridal boutique. A number of wedding-related exhibitors will also be there.
Couples attending can enter a free prize draw to win a wedding ceremony at the venue in Cemetery Road, Lye.
Councillor Patrick Harley, leader of Dudley Council, said: “Our open days are a great chance for couples to have a look around our wonderful Grade II listed venue and see what other services we have on offer to help them plan their special day.
“There will also be a number of exhibitors joining us and, of course, one lucky couple will come away from the day with a free wedding ceremony.”
