ANOTHER plot of countryside land in Pedmore has been put up for sale.
A freehold plot off Pedmore Lane is among the lots listed to go under the hammer at the next Bond Wolfe Auctions sale taking place on Thursday October 24.
The 4.167 acre-parcel has a guide price of £30,000 plus fees.
Sales particulars say the irregular parcel of land may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
Interested parties should make their own enquiries with Dudley Council.
A number of plots of land in the vicinity have been sold over the past year. Most recently a 4.66-acre parcel of land advertised for sale in June sold for £36,500 at the July 11 sale.
Anyone interested in bidding must pre-register via the Bond Wolfe Auctions website no later than 3pm the day before the auction.
Bidding is via proxy, telephone or online and the auction starts at 8.30am.
