AN 18-year-old man has been charged with cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity after police raided a Brierley Hill home.
Lulezim Cingare, of Columbus Avenue, appeared at court yesterday morning (Tuesday October 15) and has been remanded in custody until his next scheduled court hearing in November.
This comes after officers from Priority Crime Team in Dudley discovered dozens of cannabis plants at an address on Columbus Avenue on Monday morning.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We executed a warrant in the early hours after we received concerns form the community about the address.
"If you think a cannabis farm is in operation where you live, contact us via 101 or Live Chat."
