Dudley Council have launched a new pothole reporting service to improve how issues are logged and tracked across the borough.

MyStreet.Dudley offers email updates, live tracking, and an interactive map.

Ed Lawrence, Dudley Council's cabinet member for transformation said:

"We've listened to feedback from residents and councillors who've told us they want an easier, more transparent way to report potholes and to track progress once they've made that report."

"That's why we are introducing a new and improved pothole reporting service which you" added the cabinet member" added Mr Lawrence.

The website to report potholes on your local streets is accessible here, with the new system launching today (September 15).

"This new service will provide automatic updates, clear visual progress information and an interactive map, making it easier to see what's happening from your report start to finish."

He told residents this is the first step in improving how people can report highway issues.

"We're starting with potholes today, but this will be built over time, and it will become the central place to report all  your highway and environmental issues, such as fly-tipping in the future."
