A WORDSLEY driving instructor who piled on the pounds is helping others to lose weight after retraining as a Slimming World consultant.
Ian Southall from Woodstock Drive joined the slimming group after he noticed he had gained weight.
After successfully losing two stone, Ian decide to train as Slimming World consultant and is now helping others to stay focused over food.
Ian started his own Slimming World group at Ashwood Park Primary School in September last year and in 12 months members have lost a combined weight of 160 stone.
He said: “The relaxed atmosphere and friendly people at Slimming World make the joining experience very positive and rewarding.
“As a man entering what is often perceived as a female environment I was nervous, but unnecessarily so.”
