AFTER two days of tough competition the Stourbridge News can exclusively reveal the ten semi-finalists for Base Studios’ Battle of The Bands.
Groups from around the region performed for a panel of judges at the Rufford Road recording and rehearsal complex in a bid to win through to the next round of the event, to be held in November.
Bands were marked on talent, performance, originality and stage presence at heats held on September 6 and 7.
The top ten bands will now go head to head for a place in the final, which will be broadcast live on the world-wide web.

As well as giving bands a chance to scoop top prizes and be seen by internet viewers around the World, the competition is also supporting Mary Stevens Hospice by taking donations from visitors to the heats.
