MIKE TURRELL Lesley, Amy, Paul and James would like to thank all family and friends for the care and support they gave during Mike's brief illness and in the families sad loss. Special thanks to the ladies of the Start team for their kindness and care, to the team of District nurses who cared for Mike and for for everyone involved in setting up the special equipment so that Mike could come home. Thanks also to everyone at Linread Northbridge Redditch and Waitrose, Stourbridge for their continued kindness and support. For Ken Baker and Jane Taylor our special thanks for their part in a most memorable service which was just as Mike wanted.
