TWO Brierley Hill men denied being involved in pub violence when they appeared before a judge today (Wednesday).
Luke Walker and Luke Seeley both pleaded not guilty to assaulting Liam Marsh – causing him actual bodily harm on November 9 in an incident which is alleged to have taken place in the Tenth Lock pub in Brierley Hill.
Walker, aged 26, of Gayfield Avenue, and 25-year-old Seeley, of Channon Drive, both Withymoor Village, were remanded on conditional bail until July 7 for a trial which is expected to last for three days.
Judge John Wait at Wolverhampton Crown Court renewed the bail of both Walker and Seeley with conditions that they should stay away from the public house in Delph Road.
Kevin Jones, prosecuting, said there was CCTV evidence in the case and he promised to give copies to the defence before the end of month.
