NINETEEN new apartments are set to be built on the outskirts of Dudley town centre after plans were given the go-ahead by planning chiefs.
Plans for the flats on the corner of Wolverhampton Street and School Street were recommended by Dudley Council's planning department on November 26.
The application was first made in July 2018 by Wollaston based Jennings Homer and Lynch Ltd.
The block will contain 15 one bedroom flats and four two bedroom units and will have 20 car parking spaces included on site.
The building will be three storeys high on the Wolverhampton Street side and two storeys on the side facing School Street.
