FOLKES Holdings continue to attract businesses to their prime industrial site at Tame Park in Tamworth after their agent Savills secured the latest letting to Thornhill Rail Limited, taking the estate to fully let.
Thornhill Rail, the only UK provider of the complete cycle of heat exchanger services, have taken the refurbished 25,000 sq ft unit for its new premises on a 10-year lease.
Thornhill Rail join 5 other tenants on the estate including Univar Ltd and MIES International Ltd.
Units range in size from 8,000 sq ft to 29,000 sq ft.
The estate benefits from excellent motorway links being in close proximity to both the M42 and M6 motorway network.
Adam Priest, asset management director at Folkes Holdings Limited said the improvements were undertaken as part of their active management programme.
He added: “We are delighted to have let the final unit at Tame Park to Thornhill Rail Limited.
"We continue to invest time and money into the maintenance of our property portfolio to ensure the highest standards are reached for the benefit of our tenants which in turn helps attracts new occupiers to our estates and properties."
