DUDLEY South MP Mike Wood MP is hosting his fourth Jobs and Careers Fair for people looking for work.

The event will take place on Thursday September 13 between 1pm and 4.30pm at Brierley Hill Civic Hall in Bank Street, Brierley Hill.

Tory MP Mr Wood is encouraging anyone looking for a job or a career change to attend the event and gain face-to-face access to a range of companies.

Employers from various sectors including Costa Coffee, Lloyds Bank, KFC, Debenhams, Dudley Council, West Midlands Police, Dudley NHS Foundation Trust, TKMaxx, Fairmont Residential, Barclays Bank, Argos, 247 Professional Health, Thrive into Work, Pertemps, Waldrons Solicitors and others will be at the event – the fourth the MP has organised

since being elected to Parliament in 2015.

West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street, will also be attending the fair which is being sponsored by intu Merry Hill.

Mr Wood said: “I am very excited to welcome local job-seekers to my Jobs Fair on Thursday

“We have numerous companies and organisations who have already confirmed their attendance with hundreds of jobs on offer for local people.

“I know many people are still looking for the right job for them and I want to help in any way I can, which is why all the employers I have invited along currently have open vacancies.”
