A 25-YEAR-OLD man has denied stabbing a man to death near Merry Hill shopping centre in October.
Glen Elvin pleaded not guilty to murdering Christopher Harm when he appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court.
Mr Harm, who was also 25, died from stab wounds in Engine Lane, Brierley Hill, in the early hours of October 13.
Elvin, of Fern Avenue, Stanley, County Durham, further pleaded not guilty to possessing a knife in Engine Lane on the same day.
He was further remanded in custody until March 28 for his trial which is scheduled to last for two weeks.
After his death Mr Harm was described as a loving man by members of his family and friends said to have been left devastated by his loss.
