Dudley and Kingswinford WI
July’s speaker was from CHADD, a local charity which supports vulnerable people in Dudley. We were given a really interesting insight into the charity’s work with people who suffer domestic violence. Our members kindly donated toiletries and other items which our President Kay presented to our speaker- hopefully our small contribution will make a big difference to the people that CHADD support.
We are now preparing for an important milestone for our group, as August marks our first birthday as a WI branch. We always welcome new members from the age of 18 upwards, and we meet on the second Tuesday of each month at the Kingswinford Conservative Club between 7.30-9pm.
