Stourbridge Institute and Social Club recently held an afternoon tea party as a celebration of high summer. Delicious cream scones, strawberry and cream, cakes and light sandwiches were prepared and served by the Institutes catering staff.
Following the tea, entertainment was provided by the charming Maggie O' Hara and here wide repertoire of songs.
A spokesperson at the event said they could not think of a better way to spend a summer's afternoon. The organisers were given a hearty thanks.
