MOTORCYCLISTS turned out in force for the second annual Ryan Passey motorbike ride yesterday (Sunday August 4).

The event saw bikers ride out to Bridgnorth from The Widders Pub in Halesowen which also hosted a family fun day with a barbecue, bouncy castle and karaoke.

Jason Connon, campaign manager for the Justice for Ryan campaign, said the fundraising event had raised around £900 for the family's continuing legal fight for justice for 24-year-old Ryan, who was stabbed to death at Chicago's in Stourbridge two years ago on August 6.

He said: "We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone that turned up yesterday.

"It was another truly amazing day and we'd like to say a big thank you to John Hill and his staff at The Widders Pub for all their hard work organising this year's event again.

"We will fight on - with the love and support of our community behind us.

"We will never give up until we finally get justice for Ryan."
