ON the night before Halloween, Weeping Bank Productions will be hosting another evening of chilling storytelling.

The event will see two spine-tingling tales from award-winning author A.G. Smith presented by Wollaston actor Alan Birch, as The Librarian, at Claptrap The Venue in Stourbridge High Street on October 30.

The Rock with Terror evening, which starts at 7.30pm, will also include a 40-minute set from Goth/country duo Dark Circus.

Alan Birch said: “This will be the first time we’ve performed at Claptrap, with its lovely old leather armchairs for the audience to get comfortable in. Once we’ve dimmed the lights, it will be the prefect setting for an evening of original ghost stories."

Tickets are £7.50 and can be bought via www.weepingbankproductions.co.uk or call Alan on 01384 396752.

The pair will also be putting on a charity ghost walk at Enville Hall on Tuesday October 29.

A G Smith, who previously wrote the sell-out productions ‘An Evening of Delectable Terror’ and ‘The Walpurgisnacht Hauntings’ has written five new short stories for the Enville Ghost Walk which will raise money for St Mary’s Church at Enville.
