REIKI, "laughing yoga" and information about multiple sclerosis will be on offer at Himley Hall on Tuesday (April 21).
The Dudley and District branch of the MS Society is organising "Keep Calm it's only MS" from 10am until 3pm.
There will be a total of 17 stands and speakers will include an MS specialist and the local branch's new "Young People's Champion", Jasmine Morris.
The branch meets weekly on Tuesdays from 10am until 3pm at Dingle Community Centre in Kingswinford, where entertainment is provided, including meals out and trips.
A new group for people with MS who work or are in full time education - called "Don't MS with me" - is also being launched, with the first meeting on Monday (April 20) from 7PM to 9pm.
The branch is also planning events including a summer fete, a fund-raising parachute jump and awareness raising sessions in schools.
