GLASS fans can hear story of how Wordsley’s new ‘White House Cone – Museum of Glass’ was created on the site of the old Stuart Crystal glassworks in an ambitious project by the British Glass Foundation.
Historian, author and glass expert Graham Fisher MBE will be presenting a talk entitled A New Home – about the Foundation’s formation and efforts to secure a permanent new home for Stourbridge’s prized glass collection.
It will take place at Stourbridge Library on Wednesday August 17, starting at 2.30pm.
A nominal admission charge may apply.
