A MAJOR road in Bromsgrove was closed after a pile-up involving several cars, in which one motorist was injured.
The crash happened on the A38 between New Road and Charford Road at about 9.15pm on Monday, October 24.
West Midlands Ambulance Service treated a 20-year-old man, believed to be the driver of a BMW involved in the accident, who suffered a knee injury.
He did not wish to go to hospital.
West Mercia Police closed the A38 Worcester Road for around an hour after the incident.
Initial reports to the emergency services were that seven to nine vehicles had been involved.
But ambulance service spokesman Murray MacGregor said the crew found three cars had crashed but that other vehicles in the area had pulled over after the accident.
