POLICE specials in Leominster seized this vehicle recovery truck for having no insurance.
It was towed away after also being issued with a notice because of roadworthiness issues, and the driver was reported.
The list of defects included:
- Deflated tyre
- Cut to tyre wall exposing cord
- Insecure battery
- Rear brake line disconnected
- Defective handbrake
- No insurance
- Leaking diesel
