A 45-year-old Ludlow man has admitted assaulting two men near the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital last month.
Roger Morse pleaded guilty to two offences of assault when he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court this week.
He admitted a charge of common assault against Mark Price and assault by beating against James Babayenni.
Morse also admitted a charge of affray relating to the same incident at the hospital on June 26.
He also denied two charges of attempted robbery of motor vehicles.
Mr Howard Searle, prosecuting, said the pleas were accepted by the court and the attempted robbery charges were to lie on the file.
Sentence was adjourned for reports until August 19 and Morse, of Milton Road, Ludlow, was allowed bail.
