AN ACQUIRED brain injury care centre has been recognised for the quality of its care.
Ledbury's Market Lodge, which provides short and long-stay services for people with acquired brain injuries, has been named ‘Approved Provider’ by national charity, Headway, following an on-site compliance assessment.
The scheme highlights services offering appropriate specialist care for those with complex, physical and cognitive impairment due to acquired brain injury.
Centre manager Hayley Attwood said: “Market Lodge provides a one-to-one services for residents with a variety of needs from long-term support to a short-stay rehabilitative service.
"This accreditation confirms the high level of care I already know our staff offer at all times."
