A FREE vegan fair is coming to Malvern this weekend, with more than 35 stalls offering food, skincare, perfume and clothes.

The Malvern Vegan Fair, run by Midlands Vegan Campaigns, is being held at the Sports Dome in Imperial Road this Saturday, February 29.

In addition to the stalls, there will be talks on health and nutrition, the environmental benefits of veganism and cookery demonstrations.

Kevin White, founder of Midlands Vegan Campaigns, said: “Veganism is snowballing at a very fast rate in the UK.

“For many, vegan events are the best starting point if you’re vegan curious, an aspiring vegan or already enjoying the benefits of the lifestyle.

“Every town needs a Vegan Fair, including Malvern.

“Hundreds of local people enjoyed Malvern’s first Vegan Fair, but space was very limited.

“This time there’ll be far more attractions & more space to move around.”

There will also be free samples, recipes and nutritional guidance on offer.

Kevin White continued, “The growth of veganism in recent years has been phenomenal.

“Curious non-vegans are increasingly flocking to vegan events to taste all the delights of vegan cuisine and be inspired by all the lifestyles benefits, for animals, personal health and nutrition, and the environment.

“Veganism has passed a tipping point and is unstoppable now.”

Entry to the Malvern Vegan Fair is FREE and all are welcome. It will be open from 10.30am-4pm at the Sports Dome in Imperial Road.
