He will move on to Newtown and Minster Road between 6pm and 9pm on Friday, December 21, before heading back to the Lombard Street Co-op from 11am to 4pm on Saturday, December 22.

Heightington Place, Church Walk and Abberley Avenue are scheduled for a visit between 5pm and 9pm on the Saturday, before Father Christmas ends his tour at Tesco in Severn Road on Sunday, December 23 between 10am and 4pm.

Pete Roberts, of Stourport Rotary Club, said: "The sleigh will be towed all around the streets of Stourport for little kids to come and have their photograph taken with Father Christmas.

"They can also bring their letters to Santa and we can get one sent back - as long as their name and full address is on the envelope.

"People from the local Scouts, Guides, dance groups and Rotary volunteers will be doing the collections and all the money will go to local charities in the town."
