A KIDDERMINSTER theatre is set to stage their opening play of the year which is expected to delight theatre fans.
The fast and furious comedy Chase me up Farndale Avenue, s’il vous plait, will be performed at the Rose Theatre to kick of their year of drama.
The play follows the inept Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society, who decide to stage their own French farce.
Last minute changes to the cast means the wardrobe lady has to abandon her knitting and the Stage Manager becomes more focused on learning his lines than safety on set.
With a collection of comic characters, the bubbly play is expected to make audience members laugh out loud.
Theatre enthusiasts can catch the comedy from Monday, January 27, to Saturday, February 1.
For ticket information, people can call the box office on 01562 743745 or visit the website via rosetheatre.co.uk
Curtains for the performances are up at 7.30pm.
