HIGHWAYS chiefs have closed Hilltop Road, Kates Hill, Dudley, due to a leaking water pipe.
Hilltop Road is closed to traffic between Tansley Hill Road and Cromwell Road while workmen from South Staffs Water carry out repairs to a leaking service pipe.
The road is expected to be closed until Thursday October 1.
Traffic will be diverted along Tansley Hill Road, Oakham Road, Dixon’s Green Road, St John’s Road and Watsons Green Road and Watsons Green Road, North Street, Hall Street, Dixons Green Road, Oakham Road and Tansley Hill Road.
Access will be maintained where safe.
