Dudley man denies murdering his baby daughter
A Dudley man has denied killing his five month old daughter over three years ago.
Philip Peace of Himley Road pleaded not guilty to murdering Summer Peace in September 2017.
The 42-year-old was remanded on bail at Wolverhampton Crown Court for trial - set to begin in Birmingham on January 12.
The child was taken to hospital in cardiac arrest on September 8 2017 and died the next day.
