GARY Hackett has moved to rejuvenate his Stourbridge squad with three new loan arrivals.

Returning to the War Memorial Ground is attacker Chris Lait as well as addition of forward Edilson Antonio and young keeper Harry Beasley.

Meanwhile, Josh Green has left the club to link up with Sutton Coldfield as he looks for regular first team football.

Lait will need no introduction to Glassboys supporters. He joined in early 2015 and went on to make 98 appearances for the club, scoring 22 goals.

He was also a big part of last season’s FA Cup adventure but his involvement later in the campaign was restricted by injury and illness.

Lait joined National League side Solihull Moors in the summer but has not made an appearance for them after recovering from an operation. He joins on loan until March 3.

Edilson may be a familiar name to some Stour fans as the 22-year-old scored against the club in the FA Cup earlier this season for Loughborough Dynamo.

Angolan born Edilson, who has scored three times for Dynamo this season, has also previously played for Cheltenham Town, Rushall Olympic and Coalville.

The third arrival, keeper Beasley, is originally from Essex and has previously played for Arsenal and Southend United.

The 19-year-old joined Wolves in early 2016 and has played for both their U18 and U23 sides. The highly-rated stopper arrives at Stour on loan until March 3 to cover for injured regular Matt Gould.
