JAMIE Turner steamed through the Oswestry batting line up to help Himley to a fine away win.

Turner took six wickets at Morda Road last Saturday as the hosts fell for just 95 after being put into bat by visiting skipper Greg Wright.

Chris Boroughs struck first to remove Warrick Fynn for a duck before Turner hit top gear.

He removed Joe Carrasco, Alex Huxley, Matthew Richards, Roman Walker and Lahiru Samarakoon to leave Oswestry reeling on 41-6.

Aqab Ahmed (2-38) kept the wickets falling, Turner then bagged his sixth and Stuart Wedge wrapped up the innings.

Openers Oli Westbury (56) and Wright (36) knocked off the runs after 13 overs to hand Himley a 10-wicket win and their third victory of the season.

The success lifts them up to fourth in Birmingham and District League Division Two ahead of this Saturday's visit of second-from-bottom Tamworth (noon start).
