A NETHERTON football club is appealing for sponsorship to ensure they can compete next season.
St Andrews Netherton play in West Midlands Christian League and were formed after West Bromwich fans club Boing FC struggled to get games in a fans football league.
The club play in the colours of West Bromwich Albion and are looking for people and businesses in the community to sponsor individual players for as little as £40.
The club take the name and are based at St Andrews Church, Netherton, and are run by management duo Matthew Wright and Dave Challoner.
Wright said: "If you’re a business we will do our upmost to promote throughout the squad and the team's social media. In addition we will look to support your events and promotions too.
"It is only £40 per player. Other packages tailored for more ambitious marketing strategies with us.
"Friends or family can also get involved and sponsor a player that they know too for that personal touch."
