How they rated:

Harriers 2, King’s Lynn 4

Gregory: A difficult night for the goalkeeper. Made a number of good saves to deny the visitors but found wanting when needing to command his area from set pieces. 5.

Austin: Plenty of running but struggled to get involved in attacking moves, especially as his side’s influence dropped off in the second half. 5.

Davidson: Did well in the first half hour and provided a good attacking threat down the left as he set up Hemmings’ opener. Another who struggled as Harriers stuttered at the start of the second half. 6.

Butterfield: Another who drifted out of the game as the match drew on. 5.

Moyo: Won a few headers but part of a backline that struggled all evening as men were left unmarked and too easily found a way through. 5.

Johnson: Another who got too easily pulled out of position as King’s Lynn took control in the second half. 5.

Weeks: Much like Butterfield, his influence soon dropped off. Had a few efforts from range without joy. 5.

Williams: Started brightly and found the ball in good areas but also struggled to maintain his impact as the game progressed. 5.

Chambers: Willing runner early on as Harriers twice led but soon feeding off scraps as the hosts failed to build pressure in the final third. 5.

Hemmings: Well-taken goal to open the scoring but it was a really tough evening for Kidderminster’s attackers as the ball just didn’t stick up top. 5.

Peniket: Did well early on and caused problems for the Town defence. Scored a fine second goal and kept working hard. 6.5.

Subs:

Shenton: Came on with Harriers behind and added good work rate but couldn’t change the tide. 5.

Prosser: Late change that struggled to have an impact. 5.

Diau: Won a few headers but couldn’t spark a fightback. 5.

Unused subs: Palmer, Higginson.
