HEAD Phillip Darryl Passed away on July 16th 2014 surrounded by his family at Russells Hall Hospital aged 61 years He will be dearly missed by wife Maureen, daughter Jessica and all his family Funeral service to take place at Our Lady and All Saints on Thursday 7th August at 11.30am followed by burial at Stourbridge Cemetery Flowers welcomed or donations to Georgina Ward, Russells Hall Hospital c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 12 Hagley Road ,Stourbridge, DY8 1PS. 01384 393433
