SMITH David John Passed away on March 3rd 2018 aged 69 Years. A loving husband of Stacy and devoted brother of Pam and Sue. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to take place at Stourbridge Crematorium Chapel on Friday 23rd March at 4.10pm. At the families request colourful clothes are requested to be worn on the day.
