A SERIES of fantasy-themed theatrical outings are being brought to life at Amblecote's Glasshouse Arts Centre this month.
Award-winning Garlic Theatre is staging its puppet-laden production The Magnificent Flying Machine on Friday June 13, which follows the wacky adventures of Prof Bix Horn as he tries to build a flying machine out of the most unlikely things.
Suitable for youngsters over four, the show starts at 7pm.
Tickets cost £6 each (£4 concessions) and £16 for a family ticket for two adults and two children. Booking is advisable.
Then on Saturday June 14, starting at 3pm, Eurythmy School West Midlands presents Fairytale for Children; a magical tale for all the family depicting humorous characters accompanied by music and eurythmy from third year students at the Eurythmy School West Midlands. Tickets cost £4 and £3.
Then on Friday June 20, The Phoenix Players will be presenting the Midsummer Magic about a young man who strays through the woods on Midsummer's Eve.
Starting at 6.30pm, the fantastical show is suitable for all the family - and all children will receive a gift.
Tickets cost £4 (£3 concessions).
