HUNDREDS of festive fundraisers will take part in Mary Stevens Hospice’s annual Santa Jog on Sunday.
Staff from the Stourbridge branch of the Yorkshire Building Society will be among those donning Santa suits and being put through their paces at Mary Stevens Park.
To prepare runners for the 5k route through Mary Stevens Park, a mass warm up will take place at 10.15am.
The main event will start at 10.30am.
Vanessa Wale, the hospice’s community fundraiser, said: “It is such a surreal sight to see a blanket of red and white moving around the park with so many people dressed in Santa suits.
“This is definitely a feel good event for the whole family to enjoy. A great start to Christmas”
Registration can be done online at www.marystevenshospice.co.uk or by calling 01384 377778.
The entry is £12 for adults and £5 for children under 12, to include the free Santa outfits.
