STOURBRIDGE performers will be celebrating the festive season early when they stage the Midlands premiere of Irving Berlin's White Christmas.

The brand new musical, based on the 1954 film starring Bing Crosby, will run at Stourbridge Town Hall next month.

Stourbridge Operatic Society is presenting the show from Monday October 20 to Saturday October 25 - having secured the rights to stage the production before it makes its West End debut in November.

Society spokesman James Totney said: "It is a show not to be missed with a fantastic cast, full of breathtaking choreography and well-known musical numbers. It's a brand new musical following on from a successful UK tour last year. It also snows in the theatre!"

Tickets, which range from £12.50 to £17.50, are available on 07504 301767 or online at http://www.stourbridge-operatic.co.uk/
