THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between January 25 and 29:

Ross Andrew Hierons, aged 37, of New Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 12 months, for stealing air fresheners, worth £80, from Wilkinsons, Stourbridge, and breaching a criminal behaviour order on January 23. He was given a 12 week curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

Jack Nevitt, aged 18, of Thorns Road, Quarry Bank, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £127.98 worth of damage to a car in Brierley Hill on October 31, 2015. He must pay compensation of £127.98, a victim surcharge of £15 and £85 court costs.

Danny Pat Robinson, aged 21, of Highfield Crescent, Colley Gate, was given a 12 month community order for assaulting a woman in Brierley Hill on December 26, 2015, and causing £100 worth of damage to a window in Brierley Hill on December 29. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £60 and £135 court costs.

Reece Thomas Reynolds, aged 19, of Gloucester Road, Netherton, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months, for assaulting three males in Netherton on December 27, 2015, and causing £150 worth of damage to a car. He must carry out 100 hours unpaid work and must pay compensation of £455 and a victim surcharge of £80.

Jordan Michael Jonhal Simpson, aged 22, of St James Road, Dudley, was given a six month community order for harassing a woman in Brierley Hill between July 31, 2014 and July 13, 2015. He was fined £300 and must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £60 and £185 court costs.

John Bull, aged 36, of Coventry Street, Stourbridge, was discharged conditionally for 18 months for being drunk and disorderly in Stourbridge on January 22 and 23. He was also sentenced for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that violence would be used, in Stourbridge on January 21. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Daniel Mark Smith, aged 29, of Chapel Street, Pensnett, was given a 12 month community order for interfering with a motor vehicle in Brierley Hill on October 7, 2015, and failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on October 29, 2015, having been released on bail. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £140 court costs.

Mark Anthony Allen, aged 42, of Hillside Road, Dudley, was sent to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months for assaulting a woman in Dudley on January 24. He must carry out 80 hours unpaid work and pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £80 and £135 court costs.

Andrew Michael Smith, aged 41, of Chapel Street, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for stealing items, worth £158.58, from stores in Brierley Hill and Stourbridge on November 26 and December 20, 2015. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60, compensation of £142.60 and £135 court costs.

Terri Oates, aged 47, of Horne Lane, Halesowen, was fined £120 for drink driving in Halesowen on December 25, 2015. When tested, she had 71mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Zoey Dingley, aged 20, of Burnham Court, Brierley Hill, was given a 12 month community order for being threatening, abusive or insulting in order to cause a person harassment, alarm or distress, in Brierley Hill on August 16, 2015. The offence was racially aggravated. She was fined £60 and must pay compensation of £100 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Sarah Louise Bishop, aged 25, of Hamilton Drive, Wordsley, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for assaulting a man in Wordsley on October 1, 2015. She must pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Neil David Cartwright, aged 48, of Lavender Lane, Norton, was fined £225 for assaulting a man in Stourbridge on November 30, 2015. He must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £25 and £135 court costs.

Amerjit Peter Singh Sandhu, aged 51, of Holy Cross Lane, Belbroughton, was fined £335 for damaging a wall and two doors in Halesowen on January 24. He must pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £35 and £135 court costs.

James Reed, aged 43, of Beeches Road, Rowley Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £300 worth of damage to an alarm box and porch door in Halesowen on October 2, 2015. He must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £15 and £135 court costs.

Clifford Richard Spate, aged 57, of Pheasant Street, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for drink driving in Brierley Hill on January 3. When tested, he had 62mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.

Peter John Ryan, aged 58, of Western Road, Oldswinford, was fined £100 for drink driving in Stourbridge on January 11. When tested he had 70mcgs of alcohol in 100mls of breath. The legal limit is 35mcgs. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £135 court costs.
