IT'S promising to be a dry but very chilly night under clear skies across the Black Country and North Worcestershire tonight (Monday) as temperatures promise to plunge to their lowest this winter across parts of England and Wales.
It'll be a frosty night with temperatures set to fall to lows of -3.5°C in the early hours so people are urged to wrap up warm.
