A MAN who was last seen leaving Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley, has gone missing.
Mitchell, aged 41, was spotted leaving the hospital dressed in a black t-shirt, dark grey jogging bottoms and black trainers.
Police are concerned for his welfare and are appealing for the public's help to fine him.
Mitchell is around 6ft and is from Wolverhampton.
A spokesman for Dudley Police said: "If you’ve seen him or have any information on his whereabouts, please contact us via 101 or Live Chat on our website quoting PID: 436675."
