POLICE investigating the fatal road smash which happened in Hagley on Monday night (June 16) have bailed a man arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
The 20-year-old driver from Brierley Hill was released on police bail pending further inquiries.
The crash involving a black Ford Focus happened at about 10pm on the A491 on the Lydiate Ash-bound carriageway.
The front seat passenger, a 23-year-old Brierley Hill man - who has not been named, was pronounced dead at the scene.
