HIMLEY Probus celebrated it's 25th anniversary on Wednesday May 21 this year, and to celebrate Tommy Mundon brought his own sense of humour to entertain the club.

After a pleasant meal, Tommy in his usual manner went into his routine and soon had everyone rolling about with laughter.

Over the 25 years Himley Probus has organised numerous trips around the UK, to theatres, country homes, garden centres etc... and numerous speakers have filled members' ears with details of their specialist subjects and hobbies.

Founder member Frank Armson said: "We have been on trips as far north as Chester and as far south as Oxford."

President Barry Adams said: "We meet once a month at the High Acres, Rangeways Road, Kingswinford, and have an enjoyable meal followed by a speaker.

"We are a well supported club but members are getting older and we need to inject new blood into the club if we are to survive, so if there is anyone out there who wants an enjoyable meal once a month along with pleasant company and to listen to speakers who talk on everything and anything
