A MAN has been arrested after barricading himself into a property, armed with a knife, in Wollaston.
The incident, which has now concluded, saw the road between Cobden Street and Wollaston High Street closed while officers were talking to the man.
An eyewitness at the scene said a large number of emergency services were present.
A 40-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary and is wanted on recall to prison.
