A PROPERTY company has acquired a former veterinary practice in Amblecote for an undisclosed sum.
Asper Property Group has acquired 19 Audnam, which was formerly occupied by PowisVets.
Charlie London, managing director of Asper Property Group, said: “We are delighted to have secured this prime roadside asset in an extremely visible position on a very busy road.
“The imposing former veterinary practice benefits from a generous 0.24-acre plot with 28 parking spaces and two first floor apartments.”
The property is now on the market through Stourbridge agents Hexagon Commercial Property who are seeking £37,500 rental per annum.
Harvey Pearson, managing director of Hexagon Commercial Property, said: “We have already received strong demand on a leasehold basis including national operators.”
The self-contained 2,815 sq ft building on the A491 comprises ground and basement retail/office areas and two apartments on the first floor.
The deal follows Asper Property Group’s recent purchase of Quantum Works, in Stourbridge.
