A MAN was taken to hospital after a crash in Stourbridge last night (Tuesday January 23).
The incident, which reportedly left traffic tailing back on the ring road, happened just before 6.30pm in Bell Street near Tesco.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent crews to the scene where a man was treated before being taken to hospital.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called to reports of a car that crashed into street furniture on Bell Street at 6.23pm, one ambulance and a paramedic officer attended the scene.
“On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Walsall Manor Hospital.”
