A COUNTRYSIDE plot of land in the Pedmore area of Stourbridge has been put back on the market.

A freehold plot, off Pedmore Lane, extending to approximately 17.6 acres, went under the hammer at Bond Wolfe Auctions’ December 14 sale, and was reportedly sold for £109,000.

It had a guide price of £99,000+ with sales particulars stating it “may be suitable for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents”.

According to BWA’s website, however, the irregular shaped plot has been re-listed for sale with a guide price of £50,000+ plus fees.

It is among lots listed in BWA’s next livestreamed auction taking place on Wednesday March 27 from 9am.

A number of nearby plots of land have been sold at auction over the past few months.

On October 26, a 9.9-acre parcel of land off Pedmore Lane sold for £174,000, and a one-acre plot, off Pedmore Hall Lane, sold for £154,000.

On September 14, a 7.4-acre parcel of land on the corner Pedmore Hall Lane and Hagley Road sold for £242,000.
