Police seek good samaritan after indecent exposure incident in Stourbridge

First published in News

POLICE are appealing for good samaritan to come forward after a topless man indecently exposed himself to a teenaged girl in Stourbridge.

The incident happened near a bus stop on Stamford Road around 10.20am on Saturday May 26.

A woman came to the 14-year-old girl's aid afterwards and waited with the teen until her bus arrived.

It is believed the woman visited Stourbridge Police Station later that day to inform officers of the incident but she did not leave any contact details.

Officers at the adult abuse department at Dudley are now appealing for her to contact them as they believe she may hold vital information that could help the investigation.

The flasher is described as a white man in his 20s, around five feet ten and of slim build. He wore ripped dark jeans and no top - and was described as scruffy.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or able to help officers with their investigation is urged to call DC Alison Kettle on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
