SPRING has sprung at Merry Hill, with shoppers being encouraged to leave winter behind and embrace the new season.

The Brierley Hill shopping centre will transform into a fashion and beauty hub for its We Are Fashion event next weekend (March 15-16).

Catwalk shows featuring the season's hottest trends will be hosted by fashion designer, Louise McDowell, whose designs have appeared in Vogue magazine.

Shows will take place throughout the event and featured pieces can be purchased at discount prices with a free voucher booklet, available from the concierge.

Bloggers had a sneak peak at the new collections at the centre's spring summer preview yesterday (Wednesday) evening.

Cameras were flashing at the speed of light as models showcased looks picked by image consultant Emma Russell, and lapped up her tips, ready to release them on to the bloggersphere.

Merry Hill’s resident bloggers Khyati Modgil and Daisy Laverock-Willis were also on hand to share their hottest tips for the season.

The fashionistas revealed that monochrome, safari styles and colour blocking will be the key looks and beauty trends include matte complexions, contouring and electric blue eye make up.
