A FARMERS’ and craft market has made a welcome return to Stourbridge.

LSD Promotions, which used to run regular markets in Market Street, has restarted its twice monthly events in the town, selling a range of farm fresh produce and home-made foods, art and craft items, collectables, jewellery, antiques and gifts.

The first was held on Saturday June 21 and markets will continue to take place outside the Ryemarket on the first and third Saturday of the month – from 9am to 4pm.

Dermot McGillicuddy, of LSD Promotions, said: "It was really great. We're really pleased with how it went on Saturday. We got a very, very positive response. The traders were great - they had a good time and got a great welcome from the people of Stourbridge."

Anyone interested in getting involved or taking a stall at the market can call LSD Promotions on 01384 877336.
