A HAGLEY church is hosting a sing-a-thon with a half century of hymns to raise cash for a good cause.
The Free Church on Worcester Road will be open on Saturday October 9 from 10am to 1pm when Hagley and District Association of Churches will sing 50 favourite hymns to support charity Wateraid.
Martin Heathcock, secretary of Hagley Free Church, said: “We chose the charity because it crosses religions and all boundaries with no particular Christian connection to make sure people in the third world have running, clean water.
“We shall be welcoming anyone who would like to support us and have a sing.”
